Concept note for BSB CBC call

ICCT has already prepared concept note for BSB CBC call shortly be announced. It has been shared with potential partners of the Black Sea Basin countries. Especially we would like to select partners from Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey those have common land and sea borders . Such priority issues from the project specifications. This is Bakhmaro, mountain resort in Guria. BSB CBC partners visited last summer.
